Please pray for the church in Villahermosa, Mexico. This is the area where 80% of the state was flooded. This is their fellowship email:
"Dear brothers,
Today was the first day that 42 brothers and sisters went out to preach the gospel to the most affected zone of Villahermosa, called Las Gaviotas. The response of the people has been wonderful. Almost every person that we preach to receives the Lord. What they have told us is that they had received economical support and food supply but that they needed the Word of God. We ask you to pray for us tomorrow at the prayer meeting. We would like to send you a report tomorrow on what has happened today, so it can be sent to the districts and churches.
While we were preaching the gospel, we contacted a group of brothers who claim to be the local church in Villahermosa. We were impressed that they call on the Lord's name and they use terms from the ministry such as "the reproduction and enlargement of Christ" and "the God-man" We shared with them and they were happy with our sharing. We will meet withthem again on Wednesday night. Pray for us and for them.
